Returns policy

CHANGE OF MIND / EXCHANGES

We hope you love your items from Dreamly however if you change your mind or wish to exchange an item, please email hello@dreamlykids.com.au with your order number and a description of the items you'd like to return or exchange. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Once we have received your items, you will be issued a credit note for the amount of those items. Our credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. As we are a small business, we cannot reimburse delivery/postage costs.

The items returned must be in original condition with all tags in place, must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Refunds can only be offered where we have sent you a faulty item. 

We note that some of our Collections have limited quantities and exchanging for another size may not be possible

FAULTY ITEMS 

In the unfortunate event you receive a faulty item from us, please email us at hello@dreamlykids.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item. We will require your order number and images of the faulty item for our team to assess and provide you with further instructions.

The item/s must be in original condition with all tags in place, must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
